Welcome to Bideshi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Bideshi sells apparel and related goods online. Most items are shipped from our own inventory; a small number are made to order. Availability and dispatch timing depend on the item — see our Shipping Policy for details.

2. Orders & fulfillment

• In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days; made-to-order items may take longer.
• Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.
• Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are payable at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to update prices at any time before you place an order.

4. Returns & refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we cover it for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UK, EU, and EEA customers have an additional statutory right to cancel. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, graphics, designs, images, and text — is the property of Bideshi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bideshi is not liable for:

• Delays or losses caused by third-party carriers (note that orders are insured — see our Shipping Policy).
• Errors resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence (such as the right to cancel and rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods for customers in the UK, EU, and EEA).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
