Here’s what to expect when your order ships. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days of your order being placed.¹

Delivery estimates

• United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 10–30 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times can vary during busy periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Insurance — your order is protected

Every order is insured for its full value. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re covered: contact us at contactbideshi@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it through the carrier’s insurance with a replacement or a refund. You can order with peace of mind.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

Things outside our control

We can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs processing or by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or building staff — and let us know, we’re happy to help you follow up.
