Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, whether it doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging with any tags still attached.
Gift cards and items clearly marked “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Who pays for return shipping
For change-of-mind returns — including wrong size, fit, or how an item looks — you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t process a refund for items we don’t receive.
If the return is the result of our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Just email us a photo of the issue (see below).
How to start a return
Email contactbideshi@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include a photo. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
For change-of-mind returns, your refund covers the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law (see the section below for UK, EU & EEA customers).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Lost or damaged in transit
Every order is insured for its full value. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll resolve it through the carrier’s insurance with a replacement or refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Additional rights for UK, EU & EEA customers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, European Union, or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order that applies in addition to the return policy above. This right exists under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- You may cancel within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from delivery of the last item.
- To cancel, simply tell us — email contactbideshi@gmail.com or use the cancellation form below. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
- After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost you paid (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund up to the cost of our standard option).
- We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
