Bideshi collects only the information we need to operate the store, manage accounts, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

Email address if you create an account, subscribe to updates, join the waitroom for a drop, or sign up for a pre-order notification.
Profile information such as display name, bio, and avatar if you choose to add it. This information is optional.
Order information such as name, shipping address, and payment-related details when you place an order. Orders and payments are processed through Shopify. We do not store your full payment card information directly.
Contact information and message content if you contact us through the site.

How we use it

To provide the store, manage your account, and maintain core site functionality.
To process and fulfill orders.
To send product, drop, pre-order, or newsletter updates if you chose to receive them.
To respond to messages or support requests.
To maintain and improve site operations and security.

We do not use your information for data sales.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and fulfill orders, including:

Shopify, which handles checkout, orders, and payment processing. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Printify, which fulfills and ships physical products.
Supabase, which supports account, profile, newsletter, and waitroom data storage.

We may also share information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the site.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from newsletters or similar updates at any time if those communications are enabled for your account or by contacting us.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through your profile or by contacting us.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing contactbideshi@gmail.com.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

Cookies
